What fabric types work with dye sublimation?

Best results are on 100% polyester or high-poly blends. Cotton and natural fibers don't hold sublimation dye.

Do you print fabric by the yard?

Yes — fabric-by-the-yard is our specialty. We can print custom yardage for cut & sew production.

Can I get sublimation paper I press myself?

Yes. We print sublimation transfer paper by the yard for customers who have their own heat press.

Can you print on finished garments?

Yes — we can print all-over sublimation on finished polyester apparel. That said, we typically recommend a print-then-cut-and-sew approach for a cleaner, more polished result.

Files are color-profiled and sized for the substrate — fabric, garment, or hard good.

Designs are printed onto sublimation paper using high-output inkjet equipment.

Heat Transfer
Paper is pressed to the substrate under heat and pressure, permanently bonding the dye into the material.

Finishing & QC
Output is inspected for color accuracy and consistency before delivery or cut & sew production.
